We Made the Wrong Bag Trim Color—So We Remade the Entire Order
A real order case showing how we accepted responsibility and remade an incorrect non-woven bag batch in the customer’s approved color.

When the Trim Color Was Wrong, We Remade the Entire Order
A customer ordered custom non-woven bags for an exhibition. The white bags needed light blue handles and edge trim to match the customer’s logo and approved event color.
During production, we made the trim green instead of light blue.
Why the Color Mattered
The bags were usable, but the color was not what the customer confirmed. The customer had registered light blue for the exhibition, so green bags could cause a problem during event inspection.
This was our production mistake.
What We Did
After checking the original confirmation, we accepted responsibility immediately.
• We remade the entire affected batch in the correct light blue color.
• The customer was not charged for the remake.
• Other completed products were shipped first.
• The corrected bags were arranged separately to reduce the effect on the event schedule.
The remake increased our cost and required extra time. However, the customer should not pay for a supplier’s mistake.
What We Improved
We updated our checking process. The bag body, handles, edge trim and logo colors must now be listed separately. The production team must confirm the physical material before mass production, and the first finished piece must be checked against the approved specification.
Our Responsibility
Custom promotional products represent the customer’s brand. A small color difference can affect an exhibition, campaign or approval process.
Being responsible does not mean claiming that mistakes never happen. It means being honest, correcting the problem and protecting the customer’s order when something goes wrong.
